Returns will not be accepted for:

- Items that have exceeded the 7-day return window.
- Items that are not purchased directly from SightMate’s official store or website.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- If you paid via credit/debit card or bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), you will be eligible for store credit or a bank transfer refund, subject to verification.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
